Taroko is looking for a Digital Marketer to help drive traffic to our web properties. Although experience with SEO is preferred, anyone with excellent analytical, organizational, and writing skills is welcome to apply — though you’ll need to be a fast learner and exceptionally self-motivated. SEO is a burgeoning field that commands high salaries in the US, and we’ll train you thoroughly.
You’ll be responsible for a keyword research, content outlining & auditing, website auditing, working cross-departmentally with content, design, and engineering teams, and a multitude of other mission-critical tasks.

Perform SEO assessments/audits of websites from both an on-page and off-page perspective, including technical site components, content strategy, and user experience
Research and implement on-page SEO optimizations such as headers, metadata, schema, etc.
Work with developers to implement technical SEO deliverables, such as 301 redirects, diagnosing SEO/website performance issues, image compression, website design and optimization
Analyze analytics performance, write up performance analysis reports and present optimization solutions
Develop and conduct A/B tests to improve website performance and conversion funnel
Work closely with content writing resources (both internally and on client-side) to produce high-quality content in line with SEO strategy
Perform thorough, in-depth research on SEO keywords and keyword groups
Passion for SEO and internet marketing
Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
1 – 2 years experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Experience working with popular keyword/backlink tracking tools (Google, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations
Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tool
Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in CMS environments
