Compose.ly is one of Taroko’s newest products, born from a team of entrepreneurs and content marketing experts with a proven track record of building successful SaaS platforms. At Compose.ly, we recognize the power of storytelling, and we believe that every business has a great story to tell. The problem is that many businesses struggle to share theirs in an authentic way that drives results. That’s where Compose.ly comes in.
Who We Are Looking For
Compose.ly is on the hunt for a new Community Coordinator to join our small, but kickass team. As a Community Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing and communicating with our writer/editor community on a daily basis. You will work closely with your teammates to streamline recruiting, training, and quality control processes to develop the best writing community in the industry.
Our ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset, enjoys working as part of a greater team , and has a positive outlook about developing their skill set. Being self-motivated, goal-oriented, and consistently looking for opportunities to create and improve upon existing processes is a must. You should be passionate about your work and take pride in what you produce.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment that embraces equality and transparency, supports creativity and innovation, and recognizes achievements, then you’ve come to the right place.
You’ll be working alongside highly organized, articulate communicators who are quick on their feet and are sticklers for details. You should be able to collaborate respectfully with your team and demonstrate the ability to work independently in an efficient manner. We encourage smart, not hard (okay, well maybe sometimes hard, too!), work and encourage focusing on solutions, not problems.
