Who we are looking for 

This position is responsible for the tasks requested by the CEO Office managers and doing office administrative support.

該職位負責CEO辦公室主管交辦任務與辦公室行政支援工作。

The personal assistant will handle the private affairs and executive support related administrative matters assigned by the CEO office. The ideal candidate must have a sense of responsibility, good at time management and details, optimistic and like challenges, skills to gather and integrate information, proactively identify needs and problems, find best solutions, and prefer a task-oriented working style.

私人助理將處理CEO辦公室主管交辦之私人事務和執行支援相關行政事務。理想的人選必須具有責任感、注重時間觀念及細節、樂觀喜歡挑戰、能蒐集及整合資訊的技能、主動發現需求及問題,並尋找合適的解決方案,並且喜歡任務導向的工作方式。

Job Responsibilities:

 • Responsible for the assignment of the CEO Office, including travel arrangements, private life management, and assistance with private living needs.

• Predict demand and proactively find the best solution to solve the problems.

• Effectively handle tasks with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality

• Translate English/Chinese documents

• 負責CEO辦公室的各項交辦任務

• 包括差旅安排、私人生活事務管理、私人生活需求上的協助。

• 預測需求並主動尋找合適的解決方案解決問題

• 以高度的準確性和保密性有效地處理任務

• 翻譯英文/中文文件
