This is a rare opportunity to become a critical member of a rapidly growing, well-funded startup and a chance to lead the development of Taroko’s brand vision and marketing for the Europe market.   

We’re looking for a consistent quota-buster to trail blaze the sales experience for one of our top products at Taroko, Termly.io. You should have 2-5 years of sales experience and should be comfortable selling services (SaaS or otherwise), ideally to individuals in IT or security departments. You should have a track record of overachievement in new logo acquisition, high customer renewal rates and the ability to drive high levels of outbound prospecting activity. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of sales, including development and execution of sales plans to achieve and exceed quotas within the assigned territory, managing the customer sales process within a high touch channel model, leveraging channels to build sales volume, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high integrity. The ideal candidate is a proven hunter, thrives in a team selling model, and can sell in a consultative manner.

A Glimpse into the Role

  • Identify key prospects and implement effective sales strategies and solutions for all customer types (End users or resellers).Build and sustain solid business relationships with key accounts and with people at all levels. Motivate and solidify relationships with distributors/resellers.
  • Support the product strategy by gathering customer needs and communicating with product management.
  • Be responsible for the development and achievement of sales goals through all sales channels.
  • Play an integral role in new business pitches and support the onboarding of new clients.
  • Stay on top of latest market trends and identify potential accounts.

We Require

  • 2-5 years experience in sales or related field. SaaS experience is a plus.
  • You have a history of doing well in sales and are curious by nature. Startup sales is more intense than a normal job — but more rewarding as you are becoming a trusted advisor to business owners.
  • You are self-motivated and can hit the ground running in prospecting, meeting, managing, and ultimately selling to clients.
  • You love to develop and foster relationships and enjoy interpersonal interactions.
  • You can communicate clearly and concisely, especially when it comes to complicated topics. You can break it down into simple terms people can understand.
  • You’re an overachiever. You never quit, never take no for an answer, and ultimately succeed in everything you do!
  • You can come up with creative solutions to any problems you face.
  • You enjoy entrepreneurial environments and the opportunity to build something meaningful!
  • Experience with a CRM system like Salesforce or Hubspot is a plus.
  • Fluent in both French and English.
