 Purpose of the position

Manage and grow the HR department at one of the best technology companies in Taiwan. Work with top-level executive management to define and execute HR strategies. Attract extraordinary talent and create an environment that no one wants to leave. 

Job Profile 

  • Partner with leadership team to understand business strategy, issues and organizational dynamics.

  • Lead all aspects of Human Resources including employee relations, talent management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent acquisition, training and other programs that support business growth.

  • Strategic business partner and provide efficient and effective support to senior leadership team. Develop talent acquisition growth plan and advise how to attract, develop, engage and reward a global workforce to attain business success

  • Develop and manage HR annual objectives and policies in the areas of regulatory compliance, employee relations, performance review, talent development and succession planning.

  • Frequent communication and engagement with all levels in the organization.

  • Manage and resolve any HR related issues.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related areas. MBA or additional professional credentials is a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with more than 2 years in HR Manager / Business Partner role.
  • Fluent command of Chinese & English, both written and spoken.
  •  A senior HR professional with solid HR knowledge and experience in Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Talent Management, Succession Planning. 

  • Familiar with Taiwan Labor Standard Law, Gender Equity in Employment Act, Personal Information Protection Act.
  • Leadership and people management experience in HR department or project basis. 

  • Capable of adapting to changes with industry trends and latest technology.

  • Strong in presentation and communication. 

  • Familiar with software and internet industry is a plus.
